About The Learning Tree Derby CIC

 The Learning Tree is run by experienced, skilled and qualified staff. We provide a stimulating, friendly and caring environment where all the children have the opportunity to develop and grow. We believe that all our children have the capabilities to be competent learners regardless of disability, additional needs or circumstances. We value all children’s home languages and cultural backgrounds, celebrating all. The children are treated as individuals and will be supported to learn and develop at their own pace; through play.  

Our staff at The Learning Tree Derby CIC are highly trained and experienced in child care. They are passionate about working with children and are committed to providing the best possible care and education for your child. All our staff hold paediatric first aid training and complete regular additional training as part of their continuous professional development. 

Charlotte is a trained SENDCO and Qualified Teacher. 

Charlotte and Ellie are both trained in Early Talk boost 

All activities are designed to ensure that the child learns and progresses, giving them skills for the future in all 7 areas of learning, following the guidelines of the birth to 5 matters and Early Years Foundation Stage Framework.
